WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
Teams of up to 7 players work together in a themed room to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape before time runs out.
You have 60 minutes.  Be sure to communicate with your team members!

WHO CAN PLAY?
Escape rooms are fun for everyone! Friends, Family, Co-workers, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties & Birthdays.  We recommend ages 13 and up, but younger children can play with their families if the full room is reserved.

WILL WE HAVE THE ROOM TO OURSELVES?
Want the room to yourselves? No problem! All of our rooms are private bookings with only your party. 

WHAT IF WE WANT TO COME AT A TIME THAT IS NOT LISTED?
We will do our best to accommodate your groups, and are sometimes able to add earlier time slots on weekdays when needed.  Give us a call and we will see what we can do for you! ph: 262.770.5036

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Tickets are $29 per person plus sales tax.

I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC. CAN I STILL PLAY?
Yes! We have not had any issues with anyone feeling claustrophobic during the game; but if you need to leave the room for any reason, it is not a problem.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?
All tickets are non-refundable. 
Any ticket changes require at least 48 hours advance notice to change with no penalty.  Any changes made within 24-48 hours will be charged a $25 re-booking fee.  No changes can be made within 24 hours of the reservation.  Changing names on the reservation can be done at any time.

DOES EVERYONE ESCAPE?
Nope! We want it to be a challenge!
It takes teamwork and communication to make it out of the room on time.  If you do not solve all of the puzzles in the room, we can show you at the end what you missed.  It's still fun even if you don't make it out, and we promise we're not judging you.  We still don't make it out of half the escape rooms we go to- it's all about having a good time! :)  Our past 5 rooms "Serial Surgeon", "Nora's Nightmare", "Audrey's Addiction", "Critter Craters", & "Fossil Finders" all had escape rates between 20-35%.
